Started out as just a sore throat with a runny nose, thought my allergies were acting up!

The next day my throat had gotten worse and that night I was up all night with the worst body aches, hot/chills (I’m guessing I had a fever). Haven’t eaten in a few days because it feels like razors in my throat.. thought for sure it was strep!

Two days later I woke up with this!

Should I see a doctor? They are a bit itchy but mosty burn and are rough feeling. 😢

Unfortunately, I don’t have insurance bjt I’m afraid this could be serious.. I seriously just can’t afford to see anyone and pay for medication I might be prescribed..
