How do you take care of skin on baby’s face?

I have a 6 month old and I give him baths every 3rd day about.  With his face I just use water, no soap, and then I’m wondering if I’m supposed to put lotion on after? Do you only put lotion on after baths? Or not at all? The skin on his body is super soft and smooth, but his face can get a little dry or pimply

I've been using breastmilk when her face gets pimply or dry. Works wonders. But if you're not breastfeeding then moisturize with coconut oil does a great job to. Just a dab where it's needed

I use lotion but if it's really dry I use the baby ezcema cream and it works great

I’ve never done lotion. Perhaps in the cold dry winter I will. I also do water, no soap on the face. Warm washcloth, breast milk when his eyes have sleep in them.

I’ve never done anything more than wipe it down with water.

We wash his face with water, no soap.  We don't use any lotion on his face. His face is clear.
