Pcos period tracker

I selected 90 days as I do not ovulate regularly and have on average 4 periods a year, I have PCOS & endometriosis. I have two children 7.5 years apart as #2 took 6 long years and LOTS of failed fertility treatment. All of it, iui's, clomid, injections, etc. on a 6 month break we conceved naturally, making both pregnancies without fertility treatment. I'm wondering if there is any way to adjust or add PCOS for additional options. We are not treating our infertility w treatment
