Confused need insight...OPK

Can I have LH surge twice a cycle...I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years back TTC for last one year my cycle is kind of regular at 43-47 day I used OPK for the first time in this cycle had positive OPK at CD22 so did BDing missed my periods estimated on 5/Sept yesterday again got negative but towards positive opk
