Did you change your diet when you found out you were pregnant?
Today I found out I was 6 1/2 weeks. We had been trying for almost 2 years, had 1 miscarriage last year. I plan on eating only healthy, real foods. I'll do my best to eat well balanced meals. I'm used to skipping meals or eating very little but I'm motivated to become healthier. Quitting sodas, staying away from fast food places and deli meats. What changes have you made to your diet? Any diet suggestions are welcomed 😁
