How to know if I emptied all my milk from breast?
Before I got a ounoing bra I eoukf squeeze my breast after the pump wouldn't get anymore and usually I have a good but left, however I got a ounoing bra and it's hard to do that. My question is if the puno isn't getting anymore milk is that when I'm considered emptied of milk or is it considered emptied once I squeeze the rest that the pump can't get out ? Tia!
