Terrified of birth..
Hi guys, so I’m pregnant with my first.. and I am so happy and so excited.. I just found out today but I’m already imagining how painful and scary child birth is going to be for me. I suffer from crazy anxiety .. and I always just expect the worst I guess. My mother said all of her births were pretty easy.. but I’m still so nervous already. Could anyone lend some reassuring words?
