Trying to lose weight

So I’ve noticed that I’ve gained a lot of weight... well to much for me. I weighed 150 pounds and now I’m at 180. I’m really sad about that because I’ve been a bigger girl my whole life. I went from weighing 190 to 150 in 3 months. I lost that weight when I was spending time with my cousins in Arizona she only ate like once a day and I was the only big person in the house so I decided to just eat when she ate. Which really wasn’t good for me. I was barely eating and I had no muscle. Anyways now I’m 180 and starting to look like my old self. I have fat around my arms, stomach, and thighs. Does anyone know any fat burning exercises, things I should probably cut out of my diet, and things i should start eating?
