Ttc after missed Depo

I’ve been on the Depo shot for 3 years. I was supposed to get my shot sep 13th I still haven’t got my period back but my boobs have been sore and I’ve been getting car sick. I took two test and both neg. I know you can still get pregnant without having a period but idk how to track ovulation with a period to track.
