Ava is here finally!!!!

So after weeks of contractions and sciatica I am 39 +1 and hoping at the appointment my doctor will induce me as promised. Well apparently the night before my contractions took me from the 3 cm I was for 2 weeks to a full 5 cm so no induction for me. She sent me labor and delivery and within an hr breaks my water bag. Sooooo I have never had an epidural however all my waters stayed in tact until my first 3 children were basically here. There is a first time for everything and with my water being broken for me those contractions were death so I got an epidural and she was out about an hour and a half later. Thank goodness for the epidural because my body got so tense that my blood pressure dropped and I was passing out from the pain without it.
