10 weeks 2 days and I have a head cold.. Anyone else?

Went to my first midwife appointment on Monday and it was amazing and had such a great time finding out everything I need to know.. This is my first so I have no idea what I'm doing lol.. 4th to 8th weeks I was only feeling a little sick at night in bed.. That's all gone now and I can finally eat stuff.. But for about a week I've had these awful constant headaches and since the day after my midwife appointment (yesterday) I have had a sinus cold.. My whole head and face hurts.. Is this normal and just another pregnancy symptom in the first trimester? What does everyone recommend I do to help ease the symptoms? Tia x
