I use spinach, banana, strawberries, flax seed, almond butter and some silk milk and replace 2 meals a day. Works great!

I love them because there are some months that I’m depressed and  just have 0 will to eat or sick so I can drink it and have it done with in 30 seconds and not have to worry about it .

Depends on a lot of factors. 
Looking to lose or gain? 
If gain; yeah toss one in. If lose, just make sure you actually have the weight to lose and make sure you’re still receiving adequate nutrition and caloric needs still met and sure

If so I would make my own, not any of those processed ones.
