Shortness of breath/can't take deep breaths
Hoping someone in here might have experience with this. Lately I've noticed sometimes I struggle taking deep breaths. It feels like I'm breathing through a straw and when I try to breathe deep my chest feels tight and I can't go all the way. Especially have noticed it in the mornings, I will wake up from it and try to yawn but can't do it all the way. I don't have asthma or any medical conditions. I have a 2 year old and my husband and I are trying to conceive so I actually just saw my ob yesterday and my blood pressure was fine. But now im paranoid something is wrong with me and I shouldn't get pregnant! I do struggle with anxiety so wondering if that could do it, but why am I waking up with it? Since having my son I also will often cough after eating. It's minor and I read that it can be caused by eating too fast which I often do as a mom because my little one seems to always need me but now I'm wondering if it could be related to the breathing. Thoughts? I live in the Midwest and I don't think it's air quality or allergy related. I am a healthy weight, mid 20s and workout 4-5 times a week.
