So I'm a bit nervous

So today I'm going to get my 2nd pap smear and I don't know why I'm so nervous I'm throwing up because I've had one before but maybe it's the question I'm gonna ask if my doctor could help me get pregnant. But either way I'm nervous so hopefully all goes well anyone got any advice
