When is it time to leave your job

How does everyone deal with deciding to move on from your place of work? How do y’all decide when enough is enough? What do you do after you have had enough?

If it's no fun anymore and you feel miserable every time you go to work.

Well, the first job I left because I got another offer with better hours and more pay. I left that job because after four years there I had gone literally nowhere in the company and I was forever getting into trouble with clients for work by bosses were supposed to do (and they wouldn't train me so I could avoid people getting upset with me). My workload had literally doubled and my salary had pathetic increases.
The next job I left because I was running the practice by myself perfectly well for four years and next thing you know, my boss had hired his mother in law to be my superior. She had zero experience and I had to train her on everything. She also got a better salary and more time off than me. So I left that job for another job that unfortunately had disgusting working conditions so I left after two days.
I was unemployed for three months and found a nice part time job. I left that job to work from home. My bosses were asking me to do the managers job, but then when she got demoted they never offered me her position but I was still doing managerial work. They also had zero sense of accountability and if they messed up, they found some way to blame it on someone else. I didn't like the way they treated certain staff members and so much more.
So now I work from home for a great company.
