Should I test??

So I have PCOS and I’m on CD47 and 30dpo I have no sign of AF. I tested at 14dpo and had indents 🙄 I figured id probably get AF but nothing. Last night I had a crazy dream that I was holding a pregnancy test and it was a bfp it felt so real. Do you guys think I should test again??

Sorry this post is kinda all over the place but I’m super confused and don’t know what to do x
