How do you take care of your mental health?
I have been diagnosed with depression, maniac episodes and post traumatic stress disorder and generalized anxiety. I do feel like some of these things are true but only when I’m feeling low, it doesn’t matter if there’s a reason for me to feel low or not, but when I’m not feeling low I’m still haunted by past memories from my early teen years and as hard as I try to stay positive, it’s impressively difficult to do so. Anyways, I wanted to know what are some things that you do that could help me change my mentality or somethings that could help me cope with my past memories and experiences? I’ve tried looking for a therapist but its so hard to get into contact with them.
