Preeclampsia?

Anyone have preeclampsia in their first pregnancy that got it in their second? Just have a few questions for you and your experience

I had severe preeclampsia on my first pregnancy. So i was really terrified about getting it again because i heard you can if you've had it before, but nope i didnt get it with my second baby.

I had severe preeclampsia with my first enough that baby was a preemie and my kidneys failed causing me to later get my transplant. I am just now maybe pregnant with baby 2 so I don’t know if I’ll get it again
