Is it possible NOT to get pregnant, even when you know the day you're ovulating?

Example.... if I get a positive OPK and have sex, am I guaranteed to get pregnant?

Positive opk's doesnt mean you are ovulating to full extent either. I had positive opk's every month and I got tested and my ovulation numbers are very low.

Totally possible that even if you know your ovulation date, have sex... do everything right... you can not get pregnant.  Too many factors (sperm count, vaginal/uterine atmosphere, do the sperm pick the right Fallopian tube).... it’s all a game of chance and being in the right place at the right time!
