Cup cleaning solutions
Hi y’all I’m super excited!! I just ordered my first cup (Lena cup) after researching and taking the quiz on the PACII site, but I’m wondering about cup cleaners and soaps. None of the sites I looked at were specific about cleaning soaps and I just want to ask:
What is the best soap/solution to use for cleaning my new cup between uses during my period?
