Depends on what the job is. Bagging food at the store no it shouldn't matter what your education level is based on pay but other jobs like banking or managing or stuff like that then yes it should be based on education level.

I started as seasonal at my job with a woman with her bachelors and I made more than her because I had 3 yrs experience in the job & got asked to stay full time. It is completely case by case.

If you both give the same amount of work/production I don’t see why there should be a pay difference.. College credentials don’t make you worth more unless you actually use it and do more/know more. It all depends on the circumstance and what job it is also.

As long as they can get away with it, it won't matter what your education level is 💯 If they can keep everybody quiet while paying pennies THEY WILL KEEP PAYING YOU LESS!!! No matter what the company is or how long they been around! Believe that!!!!
