Feel like I'm going to pop

I'm 35 weeks and I feel like I'm carrying so low and my water is about to burst. I have contractions everyday for a few hours a day and I'm 1cm dilated last time they checked. I'm so ready for this baby to come. I feel so much pressure all the time 😥😥😓
