Do you see something? I’m not sure

Sry I don’t know abbreviations very well. So bare with me!

My husband & I have been ttc for a little over a year with no luck thus far. I ovulated on the 10th but had a check up with my dr on the 18th about putting me on clomid due to me now being in my 30s. At that time they made me pee in a cup but never gave me results, I assumed it was negative & they just didn’t want to upset me because the Dr gave me the prescription.

I am now 3 days late & did a test just because in the past year I’ve been a week late 2x & every time I take a test & get a negative the next day my period shows up. I was trying to speed the disappointment along but now I’m not sure what I see or if my mind is just playing tricks on me. HELP! What are your thoughts?!
