Should 50/50 custody be the courts goal in custody hearings?
Obviously not all situations are black and white, but in situation where both parents were equally involved prior to the split/divorce and neither home is toxic for the child to be raised in, should the goal outcome be 50/50 custody of the child as opposed to dad getting every other weekend? Should mom get more time because she gave birth to the child?
