Back pain ðŸ˜
11w tomorrow and have had such bad back pain that i had to stay home from work and my partner had to put my shoes on for me!
Saw a physio today and he thinks ill need a brace for my back asap plus pregnancy pilates!
Gonna be a rough ride ðŸ˜
Anyone else with back pain?
