Exercise and dieting while TTC
So I’m in my TWW and I’ve been exercising (swimming, HIIT, weights, cycling) and dieting (Low Carb/Keto) strictly 6/7 days a week since June. I’m a little curious if this will affect implantation (IF it finally happens this month) especially with weights and what not... any other ladies out there that continued exercising during the TWW and had a successful implant and pregnancy?
I have read that you should treat your body as if you were pregnant during the TWW that’s why I’m curious and asking.
