Bleeding

Last Friday I had a ultrasound. I had the normal one then the lady asked to do an internal ultrasound. I said yeah sure. So she did and baby was perfect. Heartbeat of 123. 1 cm long. And the dates matched up to what I had. So I left and was over the moon. That afternoon I started spotting/bleeding. Started brown and then red. Went to emergency and they took bloods and said I was gone. I’ve had bleeding ever since Friday afternoon and it looks like it’s slowing down but I’m scared. I don’t want to lose this baby as we had a miscarriage earlier this year. Doctor has ordered an ultrasound for Monday. She did tell me bleeding is common in early pregnancy. I’m hoping everything is ok. I just can’t stop worrying. And I’ve been told to take it easy but that’s easier said then done with a 2.5 year old running around. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
