Ladies what should I be using for my face?

Ladies I want to start caring for my face more and I want to know what all you think I should use. My face gets blackheads (not a lot), a little bit of acne and dryness along with a little of discoloration on my chin and by my nose. Pics so you could see my skin. please help and please no judgmental comments. I'm not sure what to do facewash, exfoliating, moisturizing, eye serum/face serum, rejuvenating overnight cream I just dont know.
