Trying sooner than originally planned

So we have a 6 year old daughter and I’ve been wanting another baby for about a year now. We wanted to wait until we were a little bit more financially stable and move first. We are more financially stable now and our lease is up next May. We were going to start trying in December to make our move easier in May because I would still be energetic enough to help and we wouldn’t have a baby or baby stuff slowing down the move. My daughters room will be a task because she has sooo much.

Anyway, I was due for a yearly exam August 8th and had my nexplanon (arm implant) removed. My doc told me that I can get pregnant as soon as a week after removal. We had just been using the withdrawal method since we wanted to wait until December but wouldn’t be upset if I got pregnant sooner. Well last night he didn’t pull out and didn’t tell me he’s wasn’t going to either so I was a little surprised. He rubbed my tummy when he was done and went to sleep and did it again before I went to work. In addition, I’m scheduled to ovulate today. My chances of getting pregnant are high. I will be really surprised if I get pregnant so easily but we will find out in a few weeks!
