Men younger then 35, my brothers, my dad, and my husband are the only men I don’t have this issue with.

That’s what having a child molester did to me. Being manipulated and sexually assaulted by an older man at a young age permanently damaged me. Yes we “dated for 4 months” I didn’t realize it wasn’t ok I was 13 I thought I was cool I have an older boyfriend that was 35! We met online.

I remember when it hit me! Chad...if that was really your name. My parents found out and I was in the police station confused and they asked me so many questions! I felt dirty and guilty.

Wasn’t until I got home, I took school off the next day. a man knocked on my front door and I just fell in my kitchen in a full blown panic attack felt like I was going to pass out I was terrified you were coming for me. Wasn’t you just a man selling something! He left a flier...that was the first of many attacks...

So no I’m not scared of you! My body is still scared. I’m 24 this Saturday...It gets easier to forget, but put me in a room with a man by myself and I remember.
