(I'll be 30 weeks Saturday)Anyone loose there mucus plug yet?

I went to the bathroom this morning and I noticed blood w/a lot of mucus! I know it will more than likely rejuvenate. I also have had some pretty intense cramping and now a slight headache. Anyone experience anything similiar?

I’d call the midwife or dr...lots of blood and intense cramping might be a sign of labor starting. My clinic told me to call right away if anything like that happens

I lost a piece of mine back at 22 week ish and had maybe 12 hours of contractions then it subsided. I really just focused on resting and drinking a ton of water.

So I talked to my OB nurse again after seeing all these comments and she said that It's okay and I can loose my plug but not go into labor for weeks. Also that even if its accompanied by cramping its fine, just to keep an eye on them. She also said it is normal to have blood while looding plug as well💁 So no L&D for me.

call your doctor now. if it has blood thats not good and could mean babys trying to come now
