Need a virtual workout buddy!!
I’ve decided I need to start eating healthier and working out more but I’m so terrible at holding myself accountable and find it too easy to not follow through.
I’m trying to lose 20 pounds before my wedding in May, so I should have plenty of time to get down to my goal if I stay focused and motivated.
Anton else in a similar situation? How do you motivate yourself? Anyone want to be virtual workout buddies through here to hold each other accountable??
