Should I cut my hair??

So of course I’m always in that predicament of wanting short hair when my hair is long and wanting long hair when my hair is short. 🙄 I’ve been trying to grow out my hair recently but then Shani Grimmond went and got this cute ass hair cut and now I want it. Should I cut my hair and get it a little lighter? Or should I keep growing it out?
