showing at 2 months with twins ??

is it normal to start showing at 2 month's with twins?  about when does my nausea go away? help please thank u mommas

My OB told me that it's not actually pregnancy showing it's more from bloat and/or the uterus growing and pushing your organs. 
​I've not had any nausea at all so I can't help you there. 11 weeks and 4 days with twins..
