Wedding planning

Im at my wits end with my wedding. I have a total of 15 that are coming out of 40 invites. My family doesn't even want to help me plan and when they do. It little bits. I will marry my soul mate but im done with the wedding. Ive had to postpone my wedding once already due to my dress money went to car repairs. Am I just getting overly excited or is it normal to just hate planning your wedding.
