My 3 year wedding anniversary is this coming Wednesday (October 3) when my hubby and I got married we were 19 and 20 after being forced to breakup and not be together from when I was 16 until I turned 18. We knew that no one could keep us apart anymore because I was an adult and we never wanted to be apart again. So we got engaged on my 18th birthday (we might have been sneaking around to date each other for 8 months before then) we waited a year and lived together then got married two months after my 19th birthday. We had like zero money. I think there was maybe 20 people at our small church wedding and we literally had Walmart rings (and not like out of the case like off of that spinning carousel thing that color coordinates the sizes) Today my husband comes home from work and asked me if I had any plans on the 5th and if I’d be home because I’d have to sign for a package. I asked him what he ordered and he told me this for our wedding anniversary. Guys I am not a huge diamond person. To me they are SO over played. So he got me his and our daughters birth stone as my upgraded wedding set. I cried! I love this man SO much.
