Good evening all,

Apparently I’ve been reading too much. Today I have light breast tenderness, constipation tenfold, had the sudden desire for garlic cheesy bread with garlic dipping sauce and when I’m usually cold I feel like someone has the heat on 95. Despite having been outside when it was less than 67. AF is still 5 days away and my back is starting to feel like it’s strapped to a brace. I don’t know this feels like either AF on steroids or I’m really losing it. But somehow this feels different. I can’t explain it but different.
