Has anyone had any successes from these that suffer from PCOS? I’m on my second month taking them and have still not had a period since June I have also been doing castor oil packs ... the only thing that I have noticed is more small consistent pains.

I’ve had success seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. She put me on Provera to induce my period, then Femara to grow a follicle, then Ovidrel to ovulate. 2 rounds of that and I got a BFP. Just hoping it sticks.

You should take balance by Alani nu. So many awesome reviews for women with pcos and very period starts couple days after taking it. I’ve been on it for 2 months and I’ve noticed a huge change with my pcos. It’s hard to get since it sells out so fast but totally worth trying it.

I have not taken this but started tribulus terestris a few months back after clomid for 6 cycles on and off. I did a lot of research and started with that and pretty sure my last ovulation test is positive. (which only happened 1 time with clomid) . I have decided to try the all natural route after over 4 years of ttc. I'm going to start fertility acupuncture also!
