Low HCG (past chemical pregnancy)

I’m so nervous... I had a chemical pregnancy in May which completely threw me off. I have two healthy boys and have never experienced infertility problems but it seems it might be happening again. My HCG levels at 4 weeks and 2 days was 84, I know it’s within the normal range but it’s definitely on the low side. I go in today to get re-tested to see if it has doubled. My symptoms seem to be diminishing except for a dull lower pack pain. Has anyone had a similar situation? I need some serious positive vibes sent my way.
