Sample schedule for a working mom and 3 month old?

Dana

I'm going back to work when my daughter is 3 months old. I'll be working 10-6pm every day and breastfeeding + pumping. My husband is going back to work tomorrow; he works 6-2pm.

So far, we don't have much of a feeding and sleeping schedule for her. She's quite a strong-willed baby, pretty fussy, loves to be on us, hates to be alone & on her back in the bassinet, etc. We've started winding down, turning off lights and screens, swaddling her up, and then giving her a big feed around 8, plus a bath a few times a week (she hates the bath and screams through it). She usually sleeps until midnight then gets up again around 3-4 and then again around 6-7, but of course it can vary a lot. Honestly it's partly for us to wind down and start getting used to a bedtime routine.since we're not routine-type people. During the day, there's no real routines in place besides "get through the day." :)

I'm not too worried about a lack of schedule before she's 3 months old but ...

For other mamas working 8 hours a day, what's a sample schedule you and your baby began around 3 months? How many hours before work do you get up with your child to feed, change her, etc? Do you pump before work and during work and after work? How long did it take them to start settling in to a routine? Basically, tell me how you did it and reassure me that I can manage it too!
