Morning sickness help
I have tried ginger (tea, candies, ale, snaps, chew, crystallized), crackers, bananas, lemon, vit b6, eating small frequent snacks. nothing worked and I'm nauseous all day, throw up multiple times a day. I'm not able to work, go to gym, or function like normal. I spend all day laying on couch or napping. I'm 7 wk preg and this started 2-3 days ago but I have lost 4 lb already. the first day it was so bad I had dizziness and next day was able to keep a bit of food and fluid down.
has anyone tried anything that worked?
