Toddler height to weight Ratio 💙💜❤️

Hello we went to the Doctor Today and she mentioned my 2.5 year old is overweight. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Just curious what some other toddlers average heights to weights ratios

are? My son is almost 39 inches tall (3ft3in) and 40 pounds. This is odd because he’s a picky eater and constantly running around. Thanks in advance for any comments and any suggestions on what other parents have done or experienced is also greatly appreciated. I’m pretty much stressed out about this 😩
