Reduced movement after second steroid injection

So I'm 31+2 weeks and I've been given my second steroid injection for baby's lungs as baby Is growing small. Below 5th centile. I've experienced less movements since.. I don't know if I'm just over thinking or not.. they are thinking of maybe delivering early if baby still doesn't grow. I've also been having mild pains lower abdomen. Has anyone experienced less movements after steroids and if so what happened
