cramping/backache? 3 weeks pregnant

hi ladies!! I'm currently 11DPO and first tested positive at 9DPO. First Response is positive and CB digital is reading 1-2 weeks.  I'm nervous because I had a chemical last fall. I'm estimated to be 3w4d and have mild back pain and twingy cramps. I'm hopeful this will be a sticky bean this time since I tested positive so early; my chemical wasn't positive until 14DPO. has anyone experienced back pains and gone on to make it past the first trimester?

I had cramping for the first 6 weeks at first u thought AUnt flow was coming lol

I had this from very early on! My backache was intensely painful. All turned out normal and now I'm 10 weeks :) best of luck to you for a happy, healthy pregnancy! Xxx

Yep, lower back pain was one of my first pregnancy symptoms!

I've been feeling lower back pain and cramping in my lower stomach for the last few days, and It's been freaking me out! I'm about 3 weeks pregnant. It also does not help that most OB doctors around here are booked up for weeks in advance and its Saturday, so I can't call them to make an appointment to finally get in until Monday.

I think I'm 2w5d - we had IVF and I think we count from the date of egg collection instead of the date of my last period.

​Anyways, I've had some cramping and lower back pain. It comes and goes. The cramping seems to get worse when I need to drink more water. I'm not sure if any of those is caused by my swollen ovaries from the egg collection or preg. I also have adenomyosis that is endo in the walls of the uterus and this can cause pain early on. Anyway the IVF nurse is not worried about this and said just to call of it becomes bad enough to stop me going about my day or I start spotting.

​From what I've read on here, lots of women have these symptoms early on and it's okay. But if you're worried see a dr for peace of mild. I'm sure it's okay but good luck to that sticky bean  xx
