1st meal. Please help
So, today I woke up and didn’t have any food. My hubby went to McDs and I had only a bacon egg biscuit. It was only 38 carbs. After 1 hour my blood was 226.... my fasting was high too. I’m really worried. I know I should have ate something healthier but I find it strange that I tested my self last night and it was the same number after having had a coke and a quesadilla. That alone was over 100 carbs.
