Buy a belly belt and do the cat cow yoga stretch.

I don't do either of those.  I have severe symphysis pubic dysfunction and see a physiotherapist.  It has done wonders for me.  No pain killers (allergic to tylenol) and its pretty muscular so physio is the number one recommended treatment.
