FMLA question
Quick question, I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere. I just started a new job last week and husband and I would like to start trying for a baby in December. My work says you have to be employed for 12 months to get FMLA, if i got pregnant in December by the time i had the baby i would have been there for a year, so I would qualify correct? I didn't know I'd the pregnancy had to happen after the 12 months.
