Possibility or risk of pregnancy?

Hi,

FYI I am naturally fertile. Both my parents are and my grandparents. I’ve had a pregnancy before.

I’ve Been on hormonal BIrth control since March. I started with the patch and switched to ortho tri ciclen combo pills at the end of August. I had my period for a long 7 days during the placebo period. I was suppose to take my birth control again Thursday —- and I took it for the first time yesterday on Friday late. I took a birth control pill under my tongue and let it dissolve and some slipped out my mouth. I then ended up having unprotected sex and he came inside me. Now I feel a slight cramping sensation — I looked this up and they said that this is an early sign for pregnancy or ovulation! Is it possible? My period ended Friday Thursday with a little spotting. Help. What should I do? I haven’t been consistent in taking my pills over the last weeks — Infact there were many times I had to double or triple up.

What do I do?
