My first appointment was today after trying for over 7 years with no luck. The appointment overall went great, staff was nice and the doctor was very patient and made me feel comfortable. For $250, we went over my medical history and I asked whatever questions I needed to. He also did a trans-vaginal ultrasound which was included in the fee. The ultrasound revealed a few issues like my right ovary having fluid in it and I also had 2 fibroids. On the bright side, my lining measured normal and he could see what he called resting follicles... over 10 of them. I don't want to think negative but I think I might be in store for more bad news when I do my hsg in a few weeks. Have anyone of you had fluid in your ovary or even hear about it before?.
