Have the Mirena and still symptom spotting!

I had the Mirena put in 10 weeks after my daughter was born. I had it inserted during my menstrual cycle.

Here I am 2 weeks later and my ass is still symptom spotting for pregnancy!

I think I am doing it because the last Mirena I had back in '16 after I had my son perforated, and I am paranoid it'll happen again and I'll get pregnant.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
